Changing Your Ticket Itinerary
Tickets are non refundable.
Tickets can be exchanged in person at a Peter Pan ticket counter, on the Peter Pan Bus App or by contacting Customer Care by CLICKING HERE.
The travel date, time, customer name, and origin/destination are able to be exchanged.
The ticket exchange must take place at least two (2) hours before the departure time (and date) specified on the ticket.
Tickets not exchanged two (2) hours before departure are not eligible for re-issue – a new ticket for the newly intended travel date/time should be purchased. The original ticket will remain non-refundable.
To change your ticket there is a fee of $5 (if the cost of the ticket is less than $10) or $10 (if the cost of the ticket is more than $10), plus any difference in fare for the new ticket. A transaction cost of $4.00 per ticket, will also apply.
*Applicable holiday blackout restrictions may apply.
*Commuter tickets cannot be exchanged or extended.

All Peter Pan tickets are non-refundable. This includes:
- Tickets purchased online or at ticket counters
- Expired tickets and tickets redeemed for travel
- Tickets changed for scheduled date and time
- Duplicate Orders
- Commuter tickets/ticket booklets

Our Customer Care Team will review and investigate your claim and then contact you with a resolution.
If you chose to end your trip by exiting at another service location other than the location stated on the ticket, the ticket is considered redeemed for travel and is not able to be refunded.
We are not able to refund, reprint or replace any misplaced, stolen or illegible tickets.
